肩周炎又称肩关节周围炎,俗称凝肩、五十肩。以肩关节怕冷、肩部疼痛,夜间疼痛明显为主,有些患者甚至会半夜痛醒。女性患病的几率会比男性高。刚开始肩部疼痛,日久肩关节活动越来越受限,连梳头、绑头发、扣内衣都会有问题。大多数人认为肩周炎应该少活动肩部,否则会加重,其实是错误的。肩周炎的患者应该自主活动,多做肩关节运动,预防肩关节粘连、肩部软组织挛缩。针灸和推拿治疗肩周炎疗效好,可缓解疼痛,调整局部气血,尽早治疗效果越好。
