经常腰痛的朋友又想锻炼腹肌要注意了!!

仰卧起坐并不适合腰不舒服和核心力量( core ) 不足的人,因为往往在做仰卧起坐的时候,使用腰部的力量多过腹部的力量。做多了做久了,还会觉得腰越来越疼。

这是因为很多朋友在做仰卧起坐时候:

1)腰部发力大于腹肌发力 / 核心肌肉力量弱

2)仰卧起坐的时候上半身抬举超过30°

这两个情况会导致腰椎所承受的压力变大,甚至椎间盘突出,压迫神经,导致腰腿的疼痛或加剧。

Beware to those who wish to train core strength but have lower back pain

Sit Up is 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 for those with lower back pain and insufficient core strength. This is because our body will tend to compensate with lower back strength, eventually 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤.

Many people tend to do this when performing sit up:

- weak core strength/ tend to compensate by lower back strength

- our body raised above 30 degree when performing sit up

This 2 actions above will put on more pressure on our lower spine, which may lead to slip disc or even nerve compression.
