姚晓蒨中医师为卫生部注册中医师，于2018年开始临床实践。
毕业于拉曼大学中医学士（荣誉学位），并获得南京中医药大学中医儿科学硕士学位。曾于中国扬州中医院进行本科临床实习，累积了丰富的临床经验。
临床专长涵盖妇科、产后泌乳、儿童健康及内科调理。妇科方面包括月经不调、痛经及备孕调理；产后泌乳方面关注乳腺堵塞、奶量不足及哺乳相关问题。
内科方面主要擅长脾胃及呼吸系统调理，如胃胀气、胃痛、消化不良、感冒、咳嗽及鼻敏感等，同时提供儿童体质及亚健康调理，帮助改善身体状态，维持身心平衡。
擅长运用中药、针灸、艾灸、拔罐及刮痧等中医治疗方法，结合个人体质、症状及生活方式，针对不同健康需求提供个体化调理。

Phy. Yeow Siow Ching graduated from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) with a Bachelor of Chinese Medicine (Honours) and obtained a Master’s Degree in Paediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. She completed her undergraduate clinical internship at Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China, where she gained extensive hands-on clinical experience.
Her clinical areas of focus include women’s health, postpartum lactation, paediatric health, and internal medicine care.
In women’s health, she focuses on conditions such as irregular menstruation, menstrual pain, and preconception care. For postpartum lactation, she provides support for blocked milk ducts, low milk supply, and breastfeeding-related concerns.
In internal medicine, she focuses on digestive and respiratory health, including bloating, stomach discomfort, indigestion, colds, coughs, and nasal allergies. She also provides paediatric constitution and sub-health care to support overall wellbeing and help maintain physical and emotional balance.
She is experienced in applying TCM treatment methods including Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and gua sha. Treatments are tailored according to each individual's constitution, symptoms, lifestyle, and specific health needs, with the aim of providing personalised and holistic care.
