刘医师毕业于马来西亚拉曼大学（UTAR）中医学士学位，为马来西亚中医总会会员，马来西亚卫生部注册中医师。刘医师曾临床于中国扬州中医院培训，轮转于中医内科、中医骨伤科、中医皮肤科、中医妇科、中医儿科、中医肿瘤科、针灸和推拿科等。

Physician Low graduated from the University Tunku Abdul Rahman Malaysia (UTAR), holds a Bachelor of Chinese Medicine. She is one of the members of the Malaysian Chinese Medicine Association (MCMA) and is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner. Physician Low underwent clinical posting at YangZhou TCM Hospital, China. She had experienced in different department, such as TCM Internal Medicine, TCM Orthopedics, TCM Dermatology，TCM Gynaecology, TCM Pediatrics, TCM Oncology, Acupuncture and Tui-Na (Therapeutic massage) etc.
