陈宜蔓医师 Phy. TAN YI MANN

陈宜蔓医师毕业于英迪国际大学中医系（一等荣誉学士），曾赴山东中医药大学附属医院实习，并参与多家诊所及国内外义诊服务。曾任顺天堂，给与多项科学中药应用培训与推广。她与多家月子中心合作，提供客制化月子汤方，并结合手法进行产后调理；亦从事中风康复治疗，改善肢体与语言功能。同时曾参与美容针灸、运动康复、徒手塑形（产后修复）及呼吸减脂课程，通过调理脾胃功能协助体重管理，并结合身心疗法改善失眠与压力问题。

治疗内容包括：

1. 中风后遗症调理 （肢体运动、语言表达、吞咽功能及认知障碍等）

2. 妇科调理 （月经不调、白带异常、备孕调理、产后调理、更年期综合征）

3. 中医美容针灸 （脸部下崔、眼袋、细纹、黄褐斑等）

4. 内科调理（失眠，焦虑，习惯性偏头痛，脾胃病等）

Ms Tan Yi Mann graduated with First Class Honours in TCM from INTI International University. She completed her internship at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM and gained clinical experience through various TCM clinics and local/international charity treatments. She also worked at Sun Ten Pharmaceutical Sdn Bhd, specializing in herbal formulation and clinical application.

She focuses on postpartum care, providing personalized herbal and hands-on therapy, and has experience in stroke rehabilitation to improve mobility and speech. She is also skilled in aesthetic acupuncture, weight management and integrates mind-body therapies to address insomnia and stress.
