此外,还可以学习静坐、瑜伽,帮助静下心,减低不安感。

管制期间,如无必要尽量少出门。出门一定要戴口罩,勤洗手。尽量保持健康的生活作息,三餐定时定量,不熬夜。不转发及不要相信未证实的消息,待在家,就是最大的帮忙了。
