关于拉肚子,有些事情你需要知道哦~

食物中毒

如果你吃了过期或腐烂的食物,其中的毒素可能会刺激你的肠道,导致肠道分泌大量肠液,最终让你的肚子变得水汪汪,拉肚子上场。

受寒

如果你的肚子长时间受到寒气刺激,它可能会反抗,导致肠道痉挛和过度蠕动,结果就是拉肚子啦。

水士不服

当你身处不同的环境,食物中的成分可能不容易被吸收,所以你的肠道会迅速将它们排出,引发腹泻。

总结一下:

细菌毒素是肠道的头号敌人,激发大量肠液分泌。

肠道菌群失衡

— 有害菌太多,他们制造酸和CO2,加速肠道蠕动。

肠粘膜受损松散,肠道无法吸收食物水分,导致内部压力升高。

那么,当你拉肚子时应该做什么呢?

补充水分

拉肚子会导致脱水和电解质紊乱,所以你需要大量喝水。

调整饮食

少吃多餐,多摄入蛋白质,避免油腻食物,以免刺激肠道。

服用益生菌

这有助于恢复肠道菌群的平衡。

服用药物

如果情况严重,最好咨询医生的建议。

但如果你出现以下症状,赶紧就医吧:

腹泻持续2天以上没有好转。

出现严重脱水症状,皮肤干燥,少尿或无尿,乏力或眩晕。

伴有剧烈腹痛,直肠疼痛,大便带血或黑便,或伴有高热(体温超过39°C)。

When the intestinal lining is damaged and loose, your gut can't absorb water from food, leading to high internal pressure.

So, what should you do if you have diarrhea?

Hydrate!

Diarrhea can leave you seriously dehydrated and throw your electrolytes out of whack. Drink plenty of water.

Adjust Your Diet

Opt for small, light meals with a focus on protein. Steer clear of greasy foods to avoid irritating your intestines.

Pop Some Probiotics

These little helpers can restore balance to your gut's microbiome.

Medication

If things get really bad, it's best to consult a doctor for advice.

But if you experience any of the following symptoms, it's time to seek medical attention:

Diarrhea persists for more than 2 days without improvement.

Severe dehydration symptoms such as dry skin, reduced or no urine, extreme fatigue, or dizziness.

Severe abdominal pain, rectal pain, bloody or black stools, or a high fever (temperature exceeding 39°C). "
