脂肪肝是早期肝病一般被称为“隐形杀手”，很多肝病早期仅有轻微症状或甚至不带有任何症状。
疲乏感是脂肪肝患者最常见的自觉症状。中、重度脂肪肝有类似慢性肝炎的表现，可有食欲不振、疲倦乏力、恶心、呕吐、肝区或右上腹隐痛等。
Fatty Liver Disease is early stage of liver disease. It's also known as “silent killer” as often there are no or just mild symptoms.
Most common symptoms of fatty liver disease are tiredness or pain in the upper right side of the abdomen.
