 中医谈气血

气是构成人体及维持生命活动的精微物质,可激发和推动器官的功能活动。

血即流动于经脉中的血液,能濡养脏腑、活跃精神。

《黄帝内经·灵枢·决气》:

“何谓气?上焦开发,宣五谷味,

熏肤充身泽毛,若雾露之溉,是谓气。”

“中焦受气取汁,变化而赤是谓血”。

气虚表现:

精神不振

体倦乏力

气短懒言

面色苍白

消瘦或偏胖

易患感冒

血虚表现:

心悸多梦

头昏眼花

月经量少

手足发麻

面色不华

倦怠乏力

穴位标准定位:

血海 (Xue Hai): 在身体内侧小腿骨后缘,距踝骨横纹约四横指处.

气海 (Qi Hai): 在脐中下三横指处.

关元 (Guan Yuan): 在脐中下三横指处,向下一横指处.

脾俞 (Pi Shu): 在背部,第十一胸椎棘突下.

三阴交 (San Yin Jiao): 在小腿内侧,当胫骨前下方凹陷处.

足三里 (Zu San Li): 在小腿前外侧,当胫骨前髌联合上三横指处.

药材推荐:

红枣 (Hong Zao):

益气补血: 红枣富含多种维生素和矿物质,能促进血液循环,增强体质,有益于贫血和虚弱体质者.

养心安神: 红枣具有镇静安神的作用,对失眠、焦虑等情绪问题有一定缓解作用.

桂圆 (Gui Yuan):

补血安神: 桂圆肉富含营养,被认为有补血益气、安神安眠的作用,缓解贫血、失眠等问题.

养颜美容: 桂圆中含有丰富的维生素和氨基酸,对皮肤有滋润和美白的功效.

山药 (Shan Yao):

健脾养胃: 山药被视为健脾补肾的食品,调理消化不良、脾胃虚弱等问题.

益肺止咳: 山药含多种营养成分,具有润肺止咳的功效,适用于肺燥咳嗽者.

当归 (Dang Gui):

活血调经: 当归是女性调理身体的重要药材,调经活血、调理月经不调、痛经等问题.

补血养颜: 当归含铁元素和维生素,补血养颜,提高皮肤光泽.

 Traditional Chinese Medicine on Qi and Blood

Qi is the subtle substance that constitutes the human body and maintains its vital activities, capable of stimulating and driving the functional activities of organs.

Blood refers to the blood flowing in the meridians, capable of nourishing the organs and invigorating the spirit.

《Huangdi Neijing · Ling Shu · Decision on Qi》:

"What is Qi? It opens up the upper burner, spreads the flavors of the five grains,

Fumigates the skin, fills the body, moistens the hair, like the moistening of mist and dew, this is called Qi."

"The middle burner receives Qi to extract juice, undergoes transformation, and becomes red, this is called blood."

Signs of Qi deficiency:

Mental fatigue

Physical exhaustion

Shortness of breath and laziness in speech

Pale complexion

Thinness or obesity

Susceptibility to colds

Signs of Blood deficiency:

Palpitations and vivid dreams

Dizziness and blurred vision

Scanty menstruation

Numbness in the limbs

Dull complexion

Lethargy

Standard localization of acupoints:

Xue Hai (Blood Sea): Located on the inner side of the lower leg bone, about four horizontal fingers away from the ankle bone.

Qi Hai (Sea of Qi): Located three horizontal fingers below the navel.

Guan Yuan (Gate of Origin): Located three horizontal fingers below the navel, and one horizontal finger downward.

Pi Shu (Spleen Shu): Located on the back, below the eleventh thoracic vertebra spinous process.

San Yin Jiao (Three Yin Intersection): Located on the inner side of the lower leg, in the depression below the front of the tibia.

Zu San Li (Stomach 36): Located on the outer side of the lower leg, three horizontal fingers above the ankle bone.

Recommended herbal remedies:

Hong Zao (Red Dates):

Tonifies Qi and nourishes Blood:  Red dates are rich in various vitamins and minerals, promoting blood circulation and enhancing physical fitness, beneficial for those with anemia and weak constitution.

Calms the mind and soothes the spirit:  Red dates have a calming effect on the mind, providing relief for insomnia, anxiety, and other emotional issues.

Gui Yuan (Longan):

Tonifies Blood and calms the spirit:  Longan flesh is rich in nutrients, believed to tonify Blood and Qi, and soothe the spirit, commonly used to alleviate anemia and insomnia.

Nourishes and beautifies the skin:  Longan contains abundant vitamins and amino acids, moisturizing the skin and promoting a fair complexion.

Shan Yao (Chinese Yam):

Tonifies the Spleen and nourishes the Stomach:  Chinese yam is considered a food that tonifies the Spleen and Kidney, used to regulate digestion, alleviate indigestion, and strengthen a weak spleen and stomach.

Nourishes the lungs and stops cough:  Chinese yam contains various nutrients that can nourish the lungs and stop coughing, suitable for those with lung dryness and cough.

Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica):

Invigorates the blood and regulates menstruation:  Dang Gui is an important herb in women's health, used to regulate menstruation, invigorate blood circulation, and alleviate menstrual disorders such as dysmenorrhea.

Nourishes Blood and enhances complexion:  Dang Gui is rich in iron and vitamins, promoting blood circulation and improving skin complexion.
